How Stress should Affect

Stress should affect you positively. Children should be a source of good stress, you should be your own source of stress,and you should not become overwhelmed by stress.


Your own child is a part of you in many ways. They know nothing about madness unless he/she picks up that development. People can learn a lot from children because I have from my nieces and nephews. Kids show amounts of joy you probably never had, so I would only take that joy and use it as long as I live. Although having children can become a lifestyle, we should take in little period of stress at a time.

Since children have amounts of energy we do not, I believe exercising with then can be joyous. Your health from stress and their energetic bodies may help you cope in a way you may like to feel. Knowing that your child can be at the risks of being stressed isn't heart warming, yet you could help them by making their day go by faster, joining them in something they like, ice cream is always the best, or even taking them out to view the world as you never seen it.

You should take the time and think of your life how u live it. People stress over the biggest things but I wonder is it really worth killing your humanity and ending up depressed. Depression is one thing, but making yourself think about the same thing over and over is all about you. It's all in our crazy minds, yet it takes a toll on our physical. Nerves make us act normal our abnormal, focusing on what we take in. Sleeping and other forms of consciousness can be altered by stressing.

Being overwhelmed is defeating a purpose,dreaming a big dream while stressing you. You have to own what you do, yourself and your pride, it's important. I recall GAS in my psych 201 class; General Adaptation Syndrome. It's all in when our adrenaline starts to make you irritable, your body tends to adapt, then we suddenly realize our breakdown chronically. Fatigue, metabolic syndrome, diabetes and or cancer can be an affect of stress. Why I believe in good stress is because I have felt it once or twice. A life to live is the right to live, stress free.

    Exercise is perfect release for stress. We bring unneccesary stress upon ourselves. There are things that are out of our control and things that we stress over that are not that important at all. I've seen first hand how stress has caused people's health to turn for the worst. I agree with you that we can take a few things from children such as being happy go lucky and not worrying so much about insignificant things.

  2. I think in some situations, "you" use can work: verbally in the classroom space, or if you're writing process directions. But here, you might alienate readers who haven't had children by using the "you."

    I agree that stress can be a good thing. Athletes, in particular, use stress in a good way in their performances. So bring in research/discussion to support each main point here.

    I'm a bit confused about the title...is there a word missing?
