Emotional Well-being
How you can be stronger in acts of an emergency issue, or life or death of a community. Being strong within yourself, like my mother perhaps, going into surgery in a couple of days. It's something she isn't used to, neither am I. But I can handle what she will and will not be able to do within such a months time frame.
You should always have a plan; prepreparing for a situation you may not be able to get out of in a matter of hours. "knowing that you are prepared for a serious disaster can lessen ones anxiety". I have a plan to stick with what I am comfortable doing with and without my mom until she heals fully. Everyone needs their mom at times, yet it's her turn to need me.
Knowing such facts about your problem, what your able to accomplish and what risks are to be taken can lead into positive outcomes upon yourself and others in your community. I am not used to being full time student, employee, aunt, sister, and bestfriend soo it all comes to a day by day basic when connecting with loved ones. Contacting loves can be a source of fulfillment at the same time.
Bonds that bring one another together in rough times is a serious component can help you mentally, psychologically, and emotionally. Reaching out to your children (or nieces), and staying healthy is top priority. Giving assurance and having a hopeful outlook through it all can make a person and yourself maintain positivity. I know my mother is to be as strong as a steel backbone when it comes to her health.
Outside help is always a motive. People who suffered in situations are inspirations to people who overcame such problematic moments in their lives dealing with extreme stress.
I know I am not the only one who has this problem, but in my generation others tend to have it worse. You should always trust yourself and your abilities to fight what you weren't used to fighting for. I'm not used to fighting for my energy coming to a new issue, I think a lot and it is a problem when I can't do much about it. Yet, practice makes perfect. Strengthening yourself and your emotional well-beings all depends on your positive outlooks.

I see that the title of your blog is "positive vibing"--but the blog actually reads more like a diary. We're missing details that you are keeping in your mind (as a lot of us are used to doing) when doing personal writing.
ReplyDeleteThink of this as a jumping-off point to connect to readers academically. You will have to explain issues (what surgery)? How positive thoughts can affect both those with medical issues and the ones they love: and organize your content so that each post is easy to access (break up the long paragraphs).
What did you mean when you said "outside help is a motive"? Motivational?
