Individuality

In this post, is about how individuality could help others in their workplace, at home or in public period. Have you ever thought to yourself when you went to work or school, how the atmosphere tend to feel steamy, un alive, or bad mood-ish then everyone else seems to feel the same way? There is always that one person who can brighten ones day, and that person can, maybe be you.

Increasing individuality by being productive can occur by appreciating the job, even if one is feeling unappreciated. Working in retail with clothing, I view much activity. Having to deal with multiple and different people can make a person stand in a comfort zone, and maybe even feel more alive. It may increase awareness of how often comments aren't helpful (negative). I work on a five to every one ratio of positive comments from not so positive comments.

The way individuality at work can be compromised is if employees and co-workers have better safety records/fewer accidents on the job; which can also increase productivity. Personally, I take safety at work to heart because anything can happen dealing with ladders, shelves and boxes. Don't get me wrong, adrenaline rushes are a coaster ride, but not if you can't handle it. Make Best Friends. People with best friends at work have better safety practice.

I didn’t know, but is it fact that “employees stay with their organizations longer once they feel as they have accomplished their goal for that day, and as long as their Co workers made a difference in their day.” For instance, my Co workers seem to have all the ideas to make sales, and I believe it's good to get ideal information from them with greater experiences.

People who make their information known to, in a sophisticated manner, they could feel more accompanied by a persons positive reaction. People are different, for the record, we can't control what a person says to another that may bring one to deep thought, but what's done wrong should hold one accountable for such actions toward them. I always try to keep a smile, thinking of all possible outcomes of the my days. There's always that one person who makes my day.

Higher loyalty and satisfaction scores from customers come from people who care about their customers, perhaps in a good mood. What does it matter if a customer isn't satisfied after leaving the store? People should not ever leave a customer unsatisfied. Would it be untrue to say "Those who don't mind don't matter"?

I always try to manage making someone feel welcome in my presence, because one may not know who they might be dealing with. A reference, store district manager on your job, who knows? It is up to you to make a difference as an individual in a work place, and at home. Flash a Light on what seems right, focus on what an employee or peer does well, than what's needed to be improved. We should all Discover the power of reinforcing a well being behaviors.

  1. This is an interesting window into your job. What kind of retail do you work at? Clothing?

I had a hard time understanding what the actual topic of your post was. Was it individuality? Then the first line was about productivity. And then appreciating one's job. I was lost. The post bounces around these topics, and all are quite interesting. But I never got the feeling that you really focused on one. And so this feels more like a puzzle than a constructive argument about individuality.

Maybe if you used as a touchstone a specific instance working with customers, then you could use that detail to support a main argument. I just don't know what that is yet.

I do like the idea of this.Your right positivism really makes a difference in life at work or school. When I have a tough day at work I do my very best on keeping professional(keeping a smile on my face)no matter what!By the end of the day its all good for me knowing I'm getting that paycheck!Just kidding but yes i'm not sure how to word this, being positive can really be beneficial for life.
