Balance

I know that we all have to balance our highs and lows. Can you really keep it steady in the world we live in? I cannot, maybe because I am young? Am I dealing with the lack of my peers, I think about the most. I know my ancestors have done a lot, but I am not truely aware of exactly what.

Balance is what handles family, yourself, and values. Without an equal stance, perhaps a person wouldn't know where to begin. The body has a different agenda than an ego, yet harmonizing these two can create a balance within people.

My body reads what I do on a daily basis, I've noticed that coming to an end of the semester, I tend to deal with my mornings differently. My ego tells me to get up and get it my day done anyways, no matter what work gets in the way.

If family is outside of the “personal” bubble, they’ll always maintain an aspect of you being a special part of them. Things do get in the way, but nothing ever comes before family.

I do have a younger sibling. To hope that I would make a difference in her, but I bet she sees that it isn't as easy. But I do question “is it worth the struggle?”

We have to balance rough areas in life. Dealing with yourself is almost being your worst enemy, for instance; keeping on a budget, making sure of everything that’s assuring. Dealing with work and home, things can get a bit hectic. According to Nico Pronk, striving to experience happy, healthy and productive lives, work and family interface needs to be balanced in order to maintain any conflict.

Handling family and friends makes your either weak; getting caught up, or strong; being capable to cater all necessary needs to make one become superior. I believe that nothing can be 50/50, unless people believe and give themselves that 100% hope.

  1. I can relate I have been struggling a bit for the last couples of months adjust to the changes around me. To me it feels like your swimming in an ocean and the more you swim the more you realize you are not going anywhere. Balance is essential in our lives.

  2. I think you are trying to discuss some pretty impressive topics here. Life-balance is one of those. So many of us, including JMedina and myself, find that there is constant struggle to maintain a healthy relationship with our families, and our work, school, friends, you name it.

What you might want to do is try to refrain from metadiscussions about overall behaviors/instincts and pare this down to a discussion of actual events, and then readers can make the connection/associations from the anecdotal evidence (personal story) to the wider issue. Then you can connect with us more. As it stands, this feels quite vague without that proof or connection. You mention a source, Nico Pronk, but there is no hyperlink or works cited supplement...
